Missing, small blonde dog

Hollywood, California. last seen june 12th around 2:45pm a friends dog got away at the park next to Hollywood Bowl Museum. he is almost a year old, unneutered male dog. he is a small dog and looks like a lab/chihuahua. witnesses say they saw a lady pick him up in a white kia. if anyone has any information, please let me know, he is very loved and missed right now :(
