I'm sharing this in case anyone is looking for full-time care for their loved one. My uncle, who recently passed away peacefully, had an incredibly positive experience with his care in his last year of life. He lived in his caregivers' home in Novato, where he was extremely well taken care of 24/7. This isn't a group home, but a family home where the husband and wife share the caregiving for one individual. Both have extensive experience in elder health care and understand the needs of individuals suffering from dementia and other chronic illnesses.
