We may dislike commies but you have to give them credit where credit is due. They have convinced the uneducated and just downright dumb that today's so called progressives are forward thinkers equivalent to the founders of our nation. Laughable at clowns and thieves would best describe those who now claim to be progressives. Progressives of old believed that to better themselves and prosperity, you worked hard and made life better for yourself and those to come after you. Compare progressives of today and those long past. Today's progressive believes that hard work and effort is not necessary in order to better themselves. They now believe that all they need to do is sit on their backsides and demand others provide for them. For some reason, they now believe that others owe them a free ride while they congratulate themselves on all their good thoughts and words. They then blame conservatives for their own lack of accomplishment and failure in life. Progressives today see themselves as saviors of the world, intelligent, and caring. Those still in possession of their ability to think for ourselves see progressives as a malignant growth on society, ever demanding even more from those of us who provide the tax monies that allows them to even exist. Cut off welfare and the free ride to progressives, let them be forced to provide for themselves and watch the ranks of realist and conservatives grow. Progressives today have more in common with the average beggar standing at a red light begging for money than they do with the true meaning of progressive.
