Puppy in need of a new home

This sweet boy is in need of a new home. He is an all black lab mix. Born in November. He is great with kids of all age and other animals. He is very affectionate and loyal. We just can't keep him. He is not neutered. I would like to rehome him after his next vet visit. He is not putting on a normal amount of weight right now. Possibly worms. I'd like to get his medicine.
