Need electrician/handyman for small job

Hello I have a ceiling fan hooked up to what I thought was a live/hot wire from my ceiling. But when I switched breaker on the fan does not work. Should be an easy job for some who knows what they're doing :) FYI - All three people who live here are fully vaccinated from covid. (and no one has been here other than them)
