Is anyone else scared to death about the Capes housing crisis? I'm VERY lucky that I am safe, in a house I can afford. But there are so many people and families that are being displaced bc the home owner knows that now is the time to sell. Imagine not having first, last and security.....thats at least 6K up front. Imagine your car breaks down and you need 2K to fix it......I look at Seattle and Calif homeless population GROWING....Are we next? The best advice I have is to make sure you have a savings account and its VERY hard to get a rental if you have a dog so now is NOT the time to get one! Buying is better bc no one can take it from you and you van have your pets. But the average price here now is 450K and if you need a loan, you need excellent credit and 2 year job history.
