Join our team! We are hiring! We are searching for reliable, hardworking, professional and energetic Parking Staff for our Orlando locations. (Currently Hiring FT & PT) This position is a hands-on role that requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead by example. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer service experience, great communication, and flexible availability. Requirements: MUST pass background check, all applicants will undergo a background check prior to employment. Required to have a valid driver’s license with no restrictions Ability to demonstrate professionalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in outdoor elements Previous experience a plus Must have own transportation to and from work Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibly and safely direct vehicles to parking area Acknowledges, greets, and welcomes guests, clients, & customers, using appropriate protocols Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures upon arrival Maintains a safe, clean & neat work environment by following safety standards and procedures Comply with traffic regulations to direct vehicles in a safe and courteous manner Professional demeanor with all guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
