Job Details: • Full-time • Location: the greater Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area • Lead and supervise a crew of 2 to 4 laborers • Reliable, steady year-round work • Give new life to worn down homes Qualifications: • Driver’s license required • Clean driving record required • Construction experience: 5 years • Foreman experience: 2 years • Pass a drug test This position may be right for you if you are able to: • Organize job tasks and materials • Lead and supervise a crew of 2 to 4 laborers • Collaborate with project manager to stay on schedule and budget • Visualize, plan and execute a full home renovation YOU HAVE • Proficiency in framing, drywall, painting, and installation of kitchen, bathroom, flooring, windows, and decks • A reliable truck and basic hand tools • Dependability, forward thinking, good communication and team collaboration YOU ARE proactive, a craftsman, a problem solver YOU ENJOY • Working with a team of highly driven individuals • Bringing beauty and life back to old worn-down things $22 - $30 per hour based on experience. Monday through Friday. 40 hours per week.
