The room is a 2nd floor walk up located in a large warehouse in Hoboken. Walking distance to PATH station and Light Rail. Smoke free and beverage friendly. 350 Square Feet There is a house kit, PA + 3 mics, and a bass amp for communal usage. Electricity, Heat/AC and gear storage is included in the monthly fee. Band Rate: $275/month will get you storage and 1 practice per week $350/month will get you storage and 2 practices per week Happy to answer any questions or meet up to show the room.
