Install wooden framing around shutters

I have two shutters in the front of my house that I want to frame to make look like wooden window frames around them. I have the wood for the frames, only need someone who can go up on the roof and measure around the shutters, cut, and install the frames. Shouldn't be too hard of a job, I could do it myself, but cannot get up and down on the ladder. I even have a compound mitre saw for doing the cuts if needed. Will pay an hourly or flat fee, and will certainly pay well to have this completed. Only challenge is that I need to have this completed asap. Would need completed no later than June 16th.
