Barrel garden- drill holes?

Need to have small pockets drilled into a 55 gallon barrel to garden out of. I will have 2 barrels that will need pockets drilled all around the barrel. Will have 6 in PVC pipe for composting in the middle of the barrel which will also needs holes around it. I can give you $3 per pocket made. Tools needed to bring: heat gun, jig saw or circular saw
