The house pictured above just sustained an 800 gallon flood..all has been dried, wet sheet rock removed, ruined laminate floors out... This week I will have all of that repaired. When done, I will still need to have a 'fine tuning' of the inside of the house. One half wall in the front room had wainscoting...it was torn out due to the flooding Some of the trim inside was broken while the guys who dried moved furnishings.. also, the back porch has an area on the lower walls that will need repair.. Its not a major amount of work, thus its listed in gigs.....I am far north.. Research and 620 area..if this is something you feel comfortable doing, drop me a line. thank you 512-258-5561
