Carpenter for Residential Repair

I have a home repair business, we did a pretty wide variety of repairs that requires carpentry skill, some inside and some outside. We also do a good bit of window and door replacement. Presently there are two of us, both with a good bit of experience, both of us easy to get along with. I'd like to find someone that can help us out occasionally, maybe for a couple of days at a time. The job would require you to have some of your own tools, nothing major and you will be asked to dress neat and watch your language and manners in the houses we work in. Pay will be at the end of the last day you work.
