Lost Quaker Parrot - Green & Grey!

I'm posting this for the owner as I have not seen a post up yet! Please keep your eyes open in the State Street area of NE Salem for a green quaker parrot. He got out around noon 6-10-2021 by accident. He is well loved and missed. His name is Oats and he loves everyone. If you are able to get him please reach out to me or the owner and I will make sure he provides the band number to confirm it is his bird. Photo attached of the online post and a map of the area he was last seen in. Please help get Oats home. I am not the owner and want him to be returned to his proper owners. If you find him please do not turn him over without proof. He is banded.
