ESCFederal is looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, and dependable individual to join our team in Tampa, FL. Responsible for helping maintain the entire property in an attractive, safe and comfortable condition. Pleasant, drug-free work environment.
This position takes place at Bayshore Town Center.

The candidate will be responsible for:
· Assist in all types of cleaning indoors and outdoors of building in all different areas when necessary or requested.
· Cleaning and sweeping of streets, parking lots, as well as grass and curb lines.
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs
· Must be able to work weekends
· Work outdoors in all types of weather
· Operating backpack leaf blowers, walk behind street vacuums, pressure washers, golf cart, gator.
· Must have basic janitorial experience.
. Must have a valid driver's license.
Shift:
40 hours shift is noon's. Tuesday and Wednesday's off.
