Established Southern CA Facility Maintenance company is looking for few energetic and self-motivated Maintenance Technicians to work in a commercial businesses in and around Orange County - LA county area. The maintenance tech will be responsible for Performing maintenance on building and equipment as needed involving preventive maintenance Job Duties may include but not limited to: • Painting: Painting walls and minor touch-ups following damage repair to new coats of paint • Basic Plumbing: Repair, replace or install faucets, Unplugged toilets, install or replace toilets and repair leaks as needed • Drywall repairs and touch ups • Basic Electrical: Changing light bulbs and ballasts • Maintaining the building HVAC equipment • Basic repairs with plumbing • Daily set up of equipment • Clean up work will be as necessary Must Provide/Have: * A minimum of 3-5 year maintenance technician experience * Valid Driver's License and good driving record * High School Diploma or equivalency certificate required. * Verifiable References * Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English Technician Does not charge customer onsite. Work is Monday-Friday.
