We are a leading manufacturer in the textile industry. We offer full-time, long term positions • Our standard work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Benefits: Paid vacation, sick leave, & medical / dental / vision Current openings: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist / Sales Representative Inventory / Warehouse Clerk POSITION 1: INVENTORY / WAREHOUSE CLERK • Must be reliable and extremely punctual • Must have a positive attitude • Must be able to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and able to lift up to 75 pounds • Must be able to stand/walk for the duration of the scheduled shift • Take accurate inventory counts. • Support Production by moving materials from stock locations to production • Support Shipping Department by moving materials from stock locations to shipping. • Employee will be required to use inventory tracking system software to maintain accurate Inventory levels. • A current / valid California Driver License with a clear driving record is a plus. • Must be comfortable with ladders and heights • Able to use a handheld device • Must be a self-starter and able to prioritize • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus • Excellent communication skills is a plus • Able to operate a 20 foot box truck is a plus • Experience with barcoding or RFID is a plus. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. • Shipping and receiving experience is a plus • Licensed to operate a forklift is a plus POSITION 2: ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE in a manufacturing company Receptionist / Administrative Assistant / Sales Rep / Office and Production Support We are looking for an individual that can fill in where needed. This individual will float between positions / tasks to lend support to areas that require additional assistance. Responsibilities and Duties • Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook • Possess strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills • Answer incoming calls • Help walk-in customers • Sales support • Print product labels for Production • Ability to prioritize • Go-getter that takes initiative • Strong admin skills • Data Entry, Paperwork, Filing • Effective communicator • Exceptional at being able to take notes and direction • Extremely detail-oriented • Comfortable with multiple-line phone system • May assist with receiving / processing customer returns • Assist with other needs as requested / instructed • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus (not required)
