LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE WORKER STARTING SALARY: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, DOE POSITION AVAILABLE: FULL or PART TIME/ SEASONAL (UNTIL MID- NOVEMBER) WITH POSSIBILITY OF FULL-TIME YEAR-ROUND POSITION. 4 - 10-hour days per week, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 6:30 PM. Extra hours will be available as projects come up during the season, if desired, REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES Legal to work in the United States. (I-9 WILL BE KEPT ON FILE- 2 forms of ID required) Valid Washington State Driver's License not required, but would be helpful towards consideration of advancement beyond seasonal. At least one year of experience in landscape maintenance work is preferred. Will train the right person. Must produce high-quality work. Must have experience with landscaping power tools and equipment. Including mowing, edging, line trimming, blowing, and hedge trimming/ hand pruning. Including knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions involved in performing this labor. Must have the knowledge of landscape maintenance tasks, and the physical strength and ability to perform them. Must be able to walk or stand most of the day and routinely carry up to 75 lbs. The work requires frequent bending, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching, and repetitive motion.
