Enchanting city lot with no lawn. Seeking knowledgeable, reliable organic gardener with pruning, thinning and weeding skills for Uptown rental. Duties include renewing chip mulched paths as needs, occasional repairs to trellises, adding compost, mulch and keeping hardscape free of over growing plants and weeds. No leaf blowing. Ladder use will be required to prune trellised vines. This job runs 9-10 months a year. Generally 16 hours a month with occasional extra time for bigger seasonal projects like chip mulching paths and bamboo root pruning. Must have the ability to take yard waste to the dump or other legal composting site. Owner will pay for dump fees and material costs. You provide your own tools. Communication to property owner is essential and will require sending photos of work accomplished with invoicing. You set your own hours and bill monthly. To start immediately.
