Found small dog in tshirt running on N Ann Arbor

nw 5th near ann arbor, Oklahoma City OK

Description

This is the 2nd time I have seen this little dog just running around our office. He is a small maybe maltese/shitzu something. He seems to hang around NW 5th and Ann Arbor and he goes North on Ann Arbor from there. He is still wearing the same blue shirt he had on when I seen him 2-3 weeks ago. I chased him but he just took off running and I lost him. He was in the middle of the road when I seen him last time and almost got hit several times :( He is back and running around again, in this 100degree weather still wearing that shirt and panting. I can't get him by myself. He is too fast. Could anyone help me try to catch him or if you know where he may belong PLEASE PLEASE come help!
