General Contractor and small construction crew. We are contracted to perform a variety of roles and sometimes required to apply our abilities across all trades of the industry. We are not for everyone. You will be expected to problem solve within parameters set for you, work diligently, and harmoniously with a team. We have tools. Respectfully, a seasoned and equipped craftsmen is not what we are looking for. Ideally, we would like a physical man or woman, mentally strong, non-reactive with a desire to learn and build their skill set.
