We are a large condominium complex located on the ocean close to downtown on Ali'i Drive. Currently we are wanting to fill the position of Assistant Manager within our wonderful complex. This position serves as a key roll in our community to assist the manager in the completion of the endless daily task needed to sustain our community. The ideal candidate would have a little experience in landscape maintenance, irrigation, painting, concrete, able to work on ladders, and basic skills in general. I will train the right candidate where needed. The single most important thing that you must possess is the will to report to work everyday. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday 8 hrs a day and 5 days a week. If you are in capable of doing the most basic requirement of a full-time job then please move on, this job is not for you. It's not a hard job, but a job that requires dedication, punctuality and gives you room for growth. Also, for your dedication you will receive paid medical and dental for your loyalty.
