To register, just click on '"Registration" to the right. You'll need each players' name, birthdate and tshirt size in order to register.   ____________________________________________________________________________________ Registration InformationRegistration will close on Friday, July 23, at noon. No late registrations will be accepted. No refunds will be issued for any reason after registration closes. Registration fee is $120. A t-shirt is guaranteed for each registrant with any team registered. Rosters may include 3 or 4 players. Players may appear on only 1 roster. Generally teams are split into male and female divisions. Co-ed teams will be scheduled in a male division. Teams will be placed in the division appropriate for the oldest player on the team as of June 8, 2019. Age brackets include 10 and under, 11-12 years, 13-14 years, 15-16 years, 17-18 years, 19-25 years, 26-34 years and 35+! Each player must bring a driver's license or birth certificate to the tournament in order to provide verification of age. They can also be emailed to [email protected]. Cedar Street Slam and Schoolcraft Tourism and Commerce Manistique Merchants Committee is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Cedar Street Slam reserves the right to deny registration to any person/team previously displaying unsportmanlike conduct. This event is designed to be an enjoyable family event--help us achieve that goal! All players and a guardian must read and accept the Waiver Statement at the time of registration. ____________________________________________________________________________________   RegulationsThis is a double elimination tournament. All teams are guaranteed 2 scheduled games. All games will be played up to 13 points or 15 minutes.  One point per basket. Two points if made past 3-point line.  Possession alternates after each basket.  Ball must be passed in. On change of possession, ball must be taken behind “take back line”. Games must be won by two points. Unless when time runs out, in which, the team with the most points at 15 minutes will be the winner.  Clocks will have running time until the last minute of the game. During that time, every dead ball will result in stoppage of the clock. Clock will also be stopped for time-outs.  Championship games will have no time limit. They are still played to 13 points. Excluded from this is the 10 and under age group. Their championship game will be played with the 15 minute time limit. Flip of coin and sudden death for overtime.
