I am a microblading/ombre brow tattoo artist, I rent a double suite and looking for a partner to share it with, in Valley Stream, Long Island. Great location near queens and central for both South and North shore clients. Rent is $200 per week, room has a sink. Looking for someone clean, mature, responsible, with a social media presence who does eyebrows, lashes or makeup. I will mostly be working evenings and weekends, you'll have most weekdays to yourself. Room will be ready for August 1st and this is a one year sub lease. *You will need to supply your own chair.
