HVAC Help needed To fix LPS warning.

Need help getting the ac back up and checking/filling refrigerant. I replaced the capacitor. There is no low voltage coming into the contactor on the compressor. The problem is that Low Pressure Switch (LPS) and that is where the problem is. When manually pressing the contactor, the compressor files up. Also need a split ac unit installed. That can be completed later.
