Description
We manage 32 small apartment buildings and construction sites throughout long island & nyc. There are always tasks that need to get done, we are looking for weekends and night.
Job Description:
- Lawn Maintenance
- Deep Cleaning, job sites, houses,
- Light painting
- resealing pavers, tiles, countertop
-resealing hardwood floors
- carpet cleaning
- change light bulbs, light fixtures, outlets, light switches (We can train you on this, if your not familiar)
- putting closets together
- removing garbage
requirements:
1- must have car to get to the job sites and buildings
2- must be professional & on time
3- have no issues multitasking and completing the items needed to complete
4- privacy of the clients home you may visit
You can listen to your headphone while you work, be courteous to your surroundings.
Shifts are 4-8 hours at $20 hour
