* Candidate must submit a resume to be considered* Job Duties: Communicate with drivers regarding deliveries to the facility Using hand tools, mount objects on walls (fans, TV’s etc.) and assemble tables (Uline, Ikea type tables). Ensure deliveries and items in the facility are delivered or moved to the correct department. Inspect and evaluate physical facilities, grounds and related equipment. Ensure all custodial functions associated with cleaning and maintaining the facility, both inside and outside, to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local building safety and security requirements All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to communicate with drivers regarding deliveries to the facility. Ability and experience using hand tools, mounting objects on walls (fans, TV’s etc.) and assembling tables (Uline, Ikea type tables). Ability to move and lift items between 40 -50 lbs. Applicant must be 21 years or older per state law. Applicant must be able to pass background check.
