This outdoor class will have students spaced out, assisting optional (with masks on) and lead your through the powerful practice of the first series in Ashtanga Yoga. With lots of options, this class is perfect for the longtime practitioner or anyone looking for a fun and powerful yoga class. The primary series focuses on first unlocking tension and reestablishing range of motion at the pelvis and will strengthen and energize on all levels!
