yard clean up / stump grinding

I'm looking to hire some one to do yard clean up, it is mainly removing soil from one side of the yard to the other side and may be pile someone the side of the yard so people can take it if they need. I prefer if you have some tools that you can use to dig the ground and loosen the soil, like a tiller..etc I also have few stumps that i want to grind. $20 to $35 hourly,
