These free sports physicals provide athletes with a multifacieted exam that includes vision, musculoskeletal and cardiac risk assessment screenings. If any further information is needed for clearance, an appointment can be scheduled on-site. Please remember to bring your insurance card. This exam enables the athlete to participate in scholastic sports as required by the Ohio High School Athletic Association. It does not replace the annual well-check-up with their pediatrician. All attendees and their parents can receive education on sudden cardiac arrest as well as CPR and AED training.
