No Yoga experience needed
Destress, relax and revitalize with this 60 minute outside workshop that includes a gratitude practice, slow flow yoga and a guided meditation in a casual environment. Well known yoga instructor Gail Martin will lead you through an opportunity to revive your body and soul.
Class is outside on the golf course. Bring water, a yoga mat and/or a beach towel or blanket. Class is at dusk, so dress with layers and bring your bug spray if you feel you might need it.
After class, join us inside the J&G Hillside Grill located on the property where beverages and food will be available for purchase. Enjoy some long overdue "social time" with old and new friends!
