We provide dedicated sales, rentals, parts and service support for customers in the construction, rental, landscaping, agriculture and utility installation industries. The General Manager oversees and directs all business activities for our branch location, develops customer relationships and ensures satisfaction through operational excellence. Responsible for talent acquisition, development and retention of employees, communicates expectations, and facilitates adherence to company policies and procedures. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Manages and supervises activities of employees in all departments. Recruits, hires, provides training, leads and makes staffing decisions. • Responsible for preparation, submission and management of sales forecasts and operational budgets; as well as, balancing revenue against expenses to meet/exceed company profitability requirements • Oversees all parts department functions including but not limited to: customer parts ordering, in- store merchandising, parts inventory, parts purchasing, warehousing, shipping and receiving, payment processing, payment collection and overall profitability of parts department. Reviews all parts reporting and resolves any issues • Oversees all service department functions including but not limited to: in-shop service, field service, equipment maintenance, new and used equipment preparation, rental equipment check in and return, warranty repairs, safety programs, environmental compliance regulations, material and safety data sheets and overall profitability of service department. Reviews all service reporting and resolves any issues • Oversees equipment sales, rentals and leases while working with sales representative. Supports sales to assist with delivery, pick-up and operation of equipment • Develop and maintain a organization capable of delivering quality experiences at all its operation levels to customers. Work to provide high customer satisfaction and to cultivate strong customer relationships. Manage day-to-day interest, plans and goals of the company to meet or exceed the needs of the customer. Market and sell all available products to drive branding. Qualifications: • High School Diploma, GED or vocational training/certification • Previous management experience preferred • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, exceptional verbal communication skills and excellent people skills.
