We are looking for an ambitious sales person with a proven ability to grow sales. This unique role will work with several locations to grow sales of Bobcat equipment and attachments with both agriculture and construction customers. If you are highly self-motivated, have a proven track record of success in sales and enjoy working with people, this may be the opportunity for you! Emphasis will be on building and growing the business through outside and inside sales. This position requires excellent communication skills and a competitive desire to succeed! We require a positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication to customer service Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to: • Grow sales through outside & inside sales by obtaining new customer relations and generating new business. • Create and achieve short and long-term sales objectives • Work with general manager to increase the sales and efficiency with overall customer service satisfaction • Develop long- term business relationships with territory accounts by evaluating and understanding the customers' business and industry. • Conduct on-site customer visits with new customers for the purpose of selling Bobcat construction equipment and attachments • Evaluate customer's inventory and give equipment recommendations based on need. • Complete basic equipment training with customer before and after a transaction • Work internally with General Manager to maintain a positive customer account status Requirements: (Any of the below met criteria will qualify) • College degree with focus in relevant field + 2 years of sales experience • OR + 3 years of proven sales experience in lieu of education in a related industry Preferred Qualifications • Efficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Office • Have ability to learn internal CRM • Excellent negotiation skills • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to motivate, lead and direct effectively • Have product knowledge • Understand pricing principles and discounting effects • Proven history of sales success that includes prospecting and closing • Valid Driver's License • Outdoors person - much of the job is working outside demonstrating and working with potential customers.
