FUMC is offering a week long local community service mission event for the youth in our congregation. This event is open to all Junior High and Senior High Youth in our congregation. From 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, we will be working on different projects in the community to serve our neighbors and demonstrate our faith through service and action. We'll gather in the morning for a short devotion, send the youth off in groups to tackle different projects, and we'll end the day with music and reflection. We will rinse and repeat and do it again the next day, ending the week with a celebration! Important Information: Please register each youth individually for this event. Volunteers Needed: Many adult volunteers of all ages and experience levels are needed to support this event. We need group leaders, skilled craftsman, drivers, help with packing lunches in the morning, help with clean-up in the afternoon, and much more.
