The New Free World presents The Thurapy Lounge Starring Nile Ashton We the leaders of The New Free World present to you The Thurapy Lounge, a therapudic series of dance parties we do every 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month. Here at The Thurapy Lounge we encourage all of our beautiful guest to come out and forget about life outside the walls while we all network and dance our lives away to tunes from DJ HNDRCKS and our featured DJ of the night. Our second time around we welcome one of New Orleans favorites, who is also 1/2 member of the DJ duo "Secret Handshake" Nile Ashton. Nile Ashton is a multi-instrumentalist turned DJ/Producer originally from Durham, North Carolina. Now New Orleans based, his “club-focused” approach to electronic dance music blends anything from house, techno& electro, with world music, UKG, jersey club and more, into an eclectic, yet approachable, dance experience. Every other Thursday we'll be bringing in a variety of talented DJ's and on occasion our club favorites will return to bless our souls. Good vibes and respect to one another in our inclusive space is required from our beautiful guess while we supply you with the unforgettable HOUSEpitality of New Orleans.
