This class/demo will focus on the fundamentals of plant-based entertaining. This demo will focus on the fundamentals of plant-based entertaining. We will be making a variety of appetizers and finger foods appropriate for any occasion. Recipe cards will be available. Lance Champagne is a professionally trained Vegan chef. After learning cooking basics at a young age with his dad. Cooking became his passion. He studied at the Natural Epicurean academy of the culinary arts located in Austin, Tx.
