EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Roofing experience preferred but we are willing to train! Top pay for experienced roofers! QUALIFICATIONS (LABORER AND EXPERIENCED ROOFER): • Able to pass pre-employment drug screening; drug free workplace. • Physically able to work in a variety of outdoor elements and weather conditions • Physically able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds safely • Basic mechanical ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools • Comfortable working on high-pitched roofs, ladders and working on high buildings • Safety-minded • Strong work ethic • Team player SPECIALITY QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCED ROOFER): • Installation experience (pitched roof and/or flat roof) • Organized approach to work; process all paperwork in accurately and timely • Good communication skills ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: • Central Oregon Roofing works as a team where all team members pitch in as needed, regardless of job title.
