I am looking for someone who is fit and able to help me for 4 hours. Start at 930 am today ends at 1230 pm. Sunday June 13. The gig is to help with cleaning, gardening, including heavy lifting and moving (objects more than 100 pounds), moving, landscape, or other odds and ends. The response to this ad means that you are healthy with no history of back or joint pain or problems No history of orthopedic or medical disease. No heart disease, diabetes or kidney problems. Knows to stay hydrated. Able to be responsible and avoid injuries and be safe. Need gloves, goggles, long pants and mask. Needs to pass a test to lift a 60 pound weight overhead 6 times. I will pay $20/hr. Cash at end. Text at 7AM on Sunday. Any early text will not be seen till 7am. Don't respond if you don't have transportation or are not fit and healthy.
