We're looking for an experienced exterior repair technician to assist with roof, gutter, soffit, etc. repairs. We work with a property management company throughout TX and need to add a member to our team to keep up with the work in the Houston area. Requirements: - Have a reliable vehicle and ladder. - Be able to use the property management company's app to send photos, check in and out of sites, etc. - Be comfortable working independently Payment structure and amount to be discussed upon evaluating experience.
