Attention Kingwood-Huffman-Atascocita pool cleaners and surrounding areas! Work for me, an experienced swimming pool tradesman and Texas State Licensed Contractor. I have a startup pool route with an opportunity to assist on other pool routes. Weekly, full-time employee payroll - this position is not 1099 subcontracting. Pay is per pool cleaned and gross pay increases as clients are added to the route. This route is growing every week! Preference is for a working pool cleaner and a North East Houston resident who lives near the route with experience cleaning pools through one complete Texas season (at least one year) but I will train the right candidate. No transportation or mobile phone is needed. I will give you a GPS monitored work truck (all tools and supplies provided) for the round trip commute to run the pool route, an iPhone with pool service app for customer navigation and a hitch-mounted Riptide portable vacuum and charger. ALL QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE MET! **Please read carefully and completely before contacting me!** 1. NO FELONS. You cannot be a convicted felon. Absolutely no felony convictions. Absolutely no exceptions. Do not call me if you have a felony conviction in your past! 2. NO excessive tattoos. Absolutely NO neck tattoos. 3. Valid Texas driver’s license and recent clean 5 year driving record with NO accidents and very low count of minor infractions (your driving record will be pulled and reviewed). 4. Must be able to pass a criminal background check conducted by a third-party firm. 5. Presentable appearance and pleasant interaction skills. Texas politeness and no cursing. 6. Daylong non-smoking work environment. No exceptions. 7. At least 21 years old due to insurance restrictions. 8. Demonstrated ability and history of working outdoors unassisted in year-round Texas weather and able to lift 50 pounds. 9. Able to swim, distinguish water test colors and not afraid of dogs. 10. Must be an early riser! This job starts early in the morning and you must be ready to roll! 11. Have a safe and secure place at home to park your GPS monitored company truck and charge your Riptide pool cleaning rig. 12. Preference is for candidates who live in North East Houston with a reasonable commute to the pool route.
