Tony's Coffee is a quality-focused family-run company that has been roasting coffee in Bellingham since 1971. Our award winning coffees are sold throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We are currently looking to expand our distribution team and are hiring for a wholesale warehouse fulfillment position. This position is based around a 4 day schedule. Responsibilities include: - Rotate and stock product accordingly for the wholesale warehouse - Pulling orders with accuracy to be delivered to wholesale customers - Assist with online order fulfillment - Assist route drivers with loading/unloading of vehicles - Assist Distribution Manager with weekly & monthly inventory counts - Upkeep and cleanliness of work area and warehouse space Qualifications: - Must be able to work for several hours unattended - Customer service oriented - Self-motivated, quick problem solver, & likes to work in a fast-paced environment - Works well in a strong team environment - Able to maintain attention to detail without disrupting work flow - Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis - Excellent communication skills - written and spoken - Be able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a positive outlook - Must have reliable transportation Starting wage: $14.50 - full time, 35-40 hours/week Mon-Fri: 7:00am-5pm Benefits include paid holidays, vacation and sick pay.
