Speaker Bio Micholyn Fajen | FOUNDER & CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER, FAJEN CONSULTING Micholyn has over 20 years of experience in marketing. Companies lean on her for market research and analytics, SEO, brand and content marketing, along with campaign design and implementation. She served as senior marketing strategist for ITAGroup developing and deploying national marketing campaigns for Dr. Pepper, Snap-On Tools, Solutia/Shaw Carpeting, NAPA, and Cadillac. She consulted for ITAGroup and Drake University and in 2006, launched Fajen Consulting. She's guided the marketing strategy and digital marketing efforts including Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kading, Hubbell Realty Company, RDG Planning & Design, Business Record, as well as national and global companies like Insta-Pro International and CLE Productions. Micholyn graduated with honors from Grand View University where she serves in various advisory and mentoring roles and was recognized as 2020 Distinguished Alumni. Micholyn is VP of the American Marketing Association’s state board of directors serving board roles in membership, collegiate relations, and advanced programming for four years.
