8 different sports, take your pick! ages 4-14yrs We are excited to present to you Vertical Sports Camp!! (see flyer below) This is a day camp for boys and girls. July 19-23rd 6-9yrs: 9-12pm 10-14yrs: 2-5pm 4-5yrs: 9-12pm Note: Groups max out at 25 kids per age group per sport, so make sure to reserve your spot! Ages 4-5yrs will have their own sports program. Everyone else from 4-14yrs will choose a sport for the week. Note- kids will do the one sport for the whole week. Check in/pick up will be at Hope Chapel, Kihei. Please check in at least 30 mins prior to start time! All sports except 2 will be hosted at Hope Chapel. Soccer and Flag Football kids will take a bus together from Hope Chapel to Baldwin Beach Park, Paia. 6-9yrs will leave from Hope Chapel at 8:30am, returning at Hope Chapel at 12:30pm. 10-14yrs will leave From Hope Chapel at 1:30pm and return at 5:30pm. Please make sure to check in 30 mins prior to bus departing. Each sport will have world class coaches, many traveling from the mainland to coach our athletes. Kids will need to bring a water bottle, snacks, hat , sunscreen, and any sporting equipment as suitable for the sport you choose. Every child will receive 1 camp t-shirt on the first day. Keiki 45 (4-5yrs) will only be from 9-12pm. Each day, kids will have a "huddle" where the Coaches will sit down and go through a Bible Devotional, learning how to integrate sports and faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that our youth can maximize their potential when they grow physically, mentally and spiritually. This is a great opportunity for child development! On Friday, the last day of camp, we will have a sports themed Church service at Hope Chapel Kihei @ 6:30pm which we encourage all kids to attend with their families! This will be a great time to connect with every kid from every sport and celebrate their hard work together throughout the week. There will also be a Sunday service at 8:30am.
