One of the most gifted and thoughtful winemakers in the business with a presence that makes you think he is the California version of Roumier, Ponsot, Vogue, or Seysses. We have put together a quirky, almost backward and twisted, progression of wine and food pairings that will make even the most experienced gastronome second guest traditional order of a dinner.
