We are searching for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to help with the upkeep of our apartment rental properties. In this role, you coordinate both repair and preventative maintenance, so you should have skills and experience in a variety of disciplines, from drywall hanging to carpentry to painting as well as plumbing and electricity issues. Duties and Responsibilities: Make ready units for new move-ins Respond to maintenance requests Fix aesthetic damage after tenants move out Conduct regular inspections and safety issues Contact third-party technicians when necessary Document all repairs made on our properties Requirements and Qualifications: 1-3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician in an apartment complex Experience with a variety of construction disciplines Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) Must have knowledge in all areas of maintenance such as checking, troubleshooting, and making routine repairs.
