Maintenance/Remodeler Employment type: full-time Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm Job Duties: • Painting: Painting walls With Sprayer or Rolling. • Basic Plumbing: Repairs, replace faucets, Install toilets, Kitchens sinks and Vanities and repair leaks as needed. • Drywall: repairs and touch ups • Basic Electrical: Light Fixtures, Receptacles • Maintaining Cooler Services. • Clean up work will be as necessary Everyday. •Carpentry: Installation of Interior Doors, Patio Doors, Security Doors and Windows. Must Provide/Have: * Remodeler experiences * Valid Driver's License *Transportation *Tools Monday-Friday. 7 to 3:30 Contact David 520-971-5078
