The Camp is one of our favorite times of the year!  Our schedule includes, but is not limited to daily morning devotions, group time, competitive games, prayers, and evening services. Don’t worry, we won’t leave you bored. Aside from the fun games, good food, and nourishing fellowship, our focus for the camp is to take a few days to seek God and praise him altogether. We also get the privilege of hearing some of our favorite speakers impart the word of God into us!  The finalized schedule and speakers will be posted shortly. HOW DO I GET TO CAMP? Most of our campers carpool together and arrive at the camp on the first day by 4 PM for check in. If you need a ride, don't stress, we have a bus that leaves from the church parking lot at 2 pm (but you've got to let us know ahead of time, that you'll be on the shuttle).  WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CAMP? Your whole bedroom! JUST KIDDING, please, don't. But here are a few things we do suggest:  Bible, notebook, pens (not obvious right?)Toiletries (including your own swimming and shower towel)Active outdoor clothing   Sunscreen, cap & sunglassesSneakers/gym shoesClothes appropriate for evening services Clothes for hot days & cold nightsSwimwear (GIRLS: modest one piece swimsuit w/ shorts or shorts & a dark colored tank top)Bedding (a mattress is provided on bunk beds so pillows, sleeping bags or a sheet & blanket)Spending money for camp storeWHAT IS THE SLEEPING SITUATION? We have rooms that are designated for the gentlemen and separate ones for the ladies. There are no assigned beds, so first come first serve. Each room has a shower and toilet. Just don’t forget your pillow, blanket, bedding or sleeping bag! CAN MY FRIENDS COME VISIT/CAN I LEAVE TO VISIT A FRIEND NEARBY? We want as many young people as possible to experience camp for themselves. We realize that some responsibilities like work can get in the way with that so we encourage guests to join us for evening services. However, because the site is a closed campus we require our guests to leave after service. For this same reason, we cannot let you leave the campsite unless there is an emergency. WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY BUT REALLY WANT TO GO TO THE CAMP?  We strongly recommend fundraisers, but in the event that you still need financial assistance, contact our office ASAP 818.861.WORD IS FOOD INCLUDED? YES, a whole whopping 4 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as the 4th meal) WHAT IF I CAN'T COME FOR THE WHOLE TIME?  Send us a quick email, we can give you the price breakdown that works with your schedule, but just saying -- you might want to do everything possible to be there the whole time!
