Our customers are #1 to us so our technicians need to be able to cultivate and maintain good strong customer relation skills. We are nothing without our customers. Our crew needs to comprise of motivated individuals that are willing to come to work every day while maintaining strong work ethics. While we do offer a full line support, we are also seeking out self-motivated individuals who can work independently as well as working with a team. Individuals must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions. JOB DUTIES and DETAILS: Work Hours: Monday through Friday. Occasionally we may have to work on Saturday but not to often. Each team member is responsible to perform 8 or 10 jobs a day. Mostly in the same area of town. The average pool maintenance takes about 30 to 60 minutes to manage correctly. Our Technicians will need a "critical eye for detail" in order to perform their job correctly. Ability to read GPS and a paper map. Knowledge of swimming pool plumbing, and hydraulics is a plus. Basic knowledge of pool equipment. Chemical testing and application techniques. Ability to identify possible future mechanical and/or chemical issues.
