Locally owned and operated construction company is searching for a full time heavy equipment operator. Duties may include operating heavy equipment, clearing land, building house pads, laying water and sewer pipe for new residential developments, laying sod, and cleaning up job sites. Applicant must enjoy working outdoors, may be standing or sitting for long periods of time, may have to climb a ladder, and be required to lift/carry heavy items. Hourly wage depends on experience. Applicant must have a valid Louisiana driver's license and a vehicle to drive to/from work or job sites.
