WANTED: Responsible, reliable helper / handyman to jump in on residential real estate management, repair, renovations, remodels etc. Must be energetic and on-time, with your own transportation, your own phone, and (preferably) your own tools. This will start as a part-time gig with you working alongside me. You needn't have a ton of experience. I have 25 years of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, drywall, appliance repair, and most other phases of construction and maintenance. You don't have to have all these skills, just a willingness to learn and an understanding of quality. Next job is a remodel of a 1200sf townhouse - starting with demolition, and including flooring, some drywall, kitchen, bathroom, painting and some framing. I will be your boss. I am fair, honest and picky. Here's the picky part: No drugs, no drinking on the job, no smoking of any kind. You will be paid as a sub-contractor. You must have a Social Security Number and fill out a W-9. Hours are part-time. Pay is weekly on Fridays by electronic payment.
